Having worked for many years with the McKeever Group Hotels, including the entire fit-out of the recently purchased Dillons Hotel in Letterkenny, we were entrusted with the fit-out of the multiple phases of the Dunadry Hotel. Designed by Brenda Mulligan of BM Interiors, phase one included the strip out and fit-out of the main function room and associated function rooms, including bars, all to an extremely intricate level of detail, in particular the new ceiling and wall details. All functions had been much reduced for the 12 week period, to allow the contract to be completed, meaning extremely tight timelines. With week-ends and night shifts, the project was handed back in time for the new wedding season. Following on to further phases, we successfully completed contracts for the restaurant, meeting rooms, conservatory bar and total refurbishment of over 60 bedrooms.
