Having worked previously for the Park Avenue Hotel in reception and restaurant areas, we were delighted to have been entrusted with the fit-out of the Marco Pierre White Restaurant, the first in Northern Ireland for this highly acclaimed chef. DM Fit-out were selected for their ability to manufacture and complete the works within a period of three weeks and all to the high specification expected of this high end client. At its handover, Marco commented on the endeavours of DM and of the high quality of the works, much of which was completed at nights and week-ends, while the main hotel areas continued to trade without disruption.
